SAMA Nominated Lindsay McGuire has an impressive resume. She has got a string of credits, performances, and recordings behind her and is building an unbeatable reputation for herself. With the release of her last single “I Surrender “, this powerhouse is not standing still.
McGuire has enjoyed some early career success with the Kwaito outfit Black by Nature, releasing radio favourite hit "Butterfly" which catapulted her to a whole new platform. Releasing her own original music. Lindsay wrote the track “June July” as a tribute to her late father. The track is a heartfelt song in which she shares her sorrow and emotion, it is beautiful.
She has discovered a soulful depth in her writing and singing which transcends. She says, "There's nothing more rewarding in life than to create beauty ...and then share it."
Lindsay is a talented musician who can create great music and knows how to captivate the audience. She started experimenting with song writing which was a natural progression of her talent and began collaborating on her own album. The Innocence of… came to fruition, a collection of intensely personal tracks.
Lindsay has taken control of her life and her music, which was showcased in her 2nd album, “Taking Control.” She continues this journey in 2021 with her newest single, “I Surrender” available on all social media platforms.

Lindsay, a Pretoria born adult contemporary artist who has worked with artists like Black by Nature, Mark Beling and Derek the Bandit.Before her solo venture she was part of the band AVALANCHE and performed at huge events throughout South African and neighboring countries, and they were invited to perform at the 947 Joburg day.
2020 Lindsay performs many venues, events, corporates and pvt parties with her Cover bands McAndy and J. A. M.
“The Innocence of…” released through independent record label, STING MUSIC, is a collection of well crafted songs, some funky, some angry, and some intensely personal, but all highlighting Lindsay’s amazing vocal talent. Her single, “Save Me” reached the #1 spot on 5FM’s Hi5@5 with this track, also reached #1 on TUKS FM Chart, and others, also receiving massive attention on commercial and campus stations nationwide. Lindsay later received more exposure after collaborating with rock outfit “Changing Face” with the song, “Everything Changes” which received massive airplay across music radio and television.
